Each year, the North Omaha Veterans Day Luncheon honors the service and sacrifice of local heroes in a gathering rooted in legacy and community pride. Guests share a soul food meal, hear powerful stories from veterans, and connect across generations through shared history. It’s a heartfelt celebration that highlights the deep tradition of service within North Omaha, offering gratitude and recognition in a way that truly feels like home.

The first annual veterans luncheon was an opportunity to bring together a community of veterans with roots to the North Omaha community. This event brought together veterans from WWII,Vietnam, The Korean War, and Iraq. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a possibility!
